GNOCCO and CRESCENTINE
All the products of the agritourism are locally sourced and produced directly here thanks to our efforts and our passion that we put into our work.
Crescentine are produced with fine flour, the first sieving from which we recover only the most end grain; this makes crescentine more crispy and digestible.
Fried dumplings (or gnocco fritto in Italian) are is made with the same mixture of crescentine: fine flour, water and a little yeast.
CURED MEATS AND CHEESE
You can enjoy crescentine and fried dumpling with: ham, air-cured pork meat, greaves and salamis, dips and cheeses.
