In the barbecue you can find the free range chicken raised in our farmhouse and in season the lamb. Pork and beef are raised by vendors at km 0.

GRILLED CHEESES

You can try our seasonal sheep's cheese, put and burnt on the grill. It is usually accompanied to honey (always produced by the bees of the farm). In periods of scarce production the farm concentrates milk in the production of ricotta and relies on a dairy in the area that provides caciotta mixed with cow's milk and sheep.
